Reddit has launched Reddit Jobs, a confusing natural extension of their core business as a social bookmarking site and recommendation engine.

Using Reddit, members can post other people’s stories they from other websites and the community votes them up or down, adding to or decreasing the original poster’s Karma.

Likewise, Reddit Jobs will allow members the opportunity to post other people’s resumes from other websites to apply for jobs. The community will then vote for or against that user in a no-holds-barred, bare-knuckled fight to see who can score the job in this current economy.

Then other users will repost that resume on digg, Stumbleupon, mixx, Sphinn and Twitter, each calling it their own original discovery.

It’s expected that the companies who are searching for talent will throw up their hands in frustration and just pick the best-looking female applicant with the biggest breasts.
